The big fight
After completing surgery radiation and chemotherapy ten years ago, I thought it was all behind me. My breast cancer has recurred. I’ll post some updates here soon. Update! Finally remembered to type something here. Bilateral mastectomy, chemo and then 10 months of targeted therapy drug. Started in July 2023, finished October 31st, 2023. I took early retirement in February 2024. No signs of cancer now. It's most likely going to come back, that is a fact. I am living my best life now, so I cannot ask for more. No pain, as long as I take gabapentin for my neuropathy in my hands. Both of my sons are happy and in committed relationships. I love my home in Goose Creek, SC. My neighbors are such good people.
